Why I Choose this chief?

                  I Choose Tim Cook due to the fact he had struggled to come to be Apple CEO as human beings did now not believe that he possessed the essential management characteristics required to help Apple to maintain as a Tech Powerhouse. Then they realized that Tim Cook is more capable of taking Apple to the subsequent stage.

11 management features that we will analyze from Tim Cook are –

1. Take Risk – As Tim Cook is familiar with he ought to take dangers to be able to succeed.

2. Focus and Listen to others opinion  - As he took time to concentrate to others opinion which gave him success at the cease.

8. Believe in Yourself – Think that you can do it and hopefully pass forward.

9. Be you – He became Success best due to his calmness and he listened to himself for taking selection

10.Follow Rules – Put your personal policies and follow it.

11. Be Transparent – As he well-known the human beings opinion to bring the business at the top level.

                  These are the characteristics of Tim Cook which inspired me to take and his features molded me to select him.
